Refund Policy

1. 2. No refund can be completed once the alleged deposit (including bonus) has been played using our service.
3. The User agrees not to cancel recorded transactions or other payment transactions and in any event shall indemnify the Company for any unplaced funds as well as all expenses related to the withdrawal of the deposit.
4. If you have funded your account with a credit card, we reserve the right to pay all withdrawal requests up to the full amount deposited as a refund for purchases you have made. If your withdrawals exceed the total amount deposited, any excess amount will be paid to you via one of our available alternative methods.
5. Before a refund is processed, all bonuses and winnings in Your balance will be deducted before calculating the amount to be refunded.
6. We will not accept funds from third parties such as friends, relatives, business partners and/or spouses. You must fund your account only from the account and/or payment cards registered in your name. If we become aware that you are attempting to deposit funds using third party accounts and/or payment cards, all funds deposited will be returned to the account/payment card holder who deposited the funds.

If any suspicious or criminal deposits of funds, as well as the use of the stolen credit card (including but not limited to reversal and refunds) are recorded on the Website, we reserve the right to suspend your account and refund the funds obtained by the illegal activities. We will report illegal actions to the appropriate institutions or authorities, as well as cooperate with debt collection agencies to recover payments. We are not responsible for fraudulent use of the credit card regardless of whether the theft has been reported.
8. All costs that may occur in the reimbursement procedure are at Your expense.
